Peru is one of the most recognized countries for several
factors, one of which is gastronomy. Without a doubt, Peru has one of the best
gastronomies in the world, among them is the typical dishes of the Amazon. Our
Amazon is home to the most exquisite dishes in Peru, and if you plan to visit
the city of Iquitos you have to try these delicacies, and one of these is the Juane.
Traditionally you can enjoy this dish more in the month of
June, where the feast of San Juan is celebrated. On this date, people prepare
days before with festive activities such as jumping to the shunto, gang and
without exception, the preparation of the delicious Juane cannot be missed,
since this is the center of all this celebration.
The Juane has a great variation, but it is still one of the
most exquisite dishes in the region ...
For breakfast, I usually prepare coffee with milk
accompanied by a bread with chicken or also a fruit salad. At other times I
serve myself a glass of yogurt along with a cookie.
For lunch, almost every day I eat at home with my mother, she prepares delicious meals such as lomo saltado, roast chicken, milanesa, aji de gallina, among other foods. On special occasions, be it birthdays, anniversaries or other important events, we go out to eat in restaurants.
For dinner, I usually prefer something soft, I make coffee
and eat bread with chicken as for breakfast.
